I tried pairing my Motorola S9-HD headphones with my playbook and nothing happens. Once I complete the pairing it atomically disconnects. They show in the list of Bluetooth devices but it will not connect. I have been able to successfully pair them to my 9700 and list to music. Am I missing something on the playbook, or are they not compatible?

is this a joke or did i inadvertently travel back in time, to where bluetooth audio isnt a given on new technology?

    Seriously, is this a joke?

Perhaps there are too many people that accept the shortcomings, and the uncertain update, of this device.

That may be trie but if you are beyond your return period there is not much else but hope and the occasional cynical comment.

Its because right now the Playbook doesn't support A2DP! So no bluetooth headset is going to work with the Playbook.

My S10's wont connect because... um well the A2DP profile isn't enabled yet

Wow I thought I was doing something seriously wrong with my S9's until I found this forum.

Lack of bluetooth audio. Wow... RIM, WOW. Don't even need A2DP, just fricking BT audio for at least 5-6 years.

I've also been trying to make that point - there was just plain old bt and not even the 30th Century a2dp. It would seem something this tablet should have had initially. Maybe next month, maybe.
