I have the camera and picture icon and can take videos with the camera but the video icon has gone missing and I can't play the recorded videos I've checked all the folders and I can't find the video icon===HELP.

Have you tried doing a reset on your PlayBook? You can do so by pressing all three buttons on top at the same time, help yourself using 3 fingers, it most likely come back.

Make sure you check all folders and screens by moving down, up left and right. It might have been moved by mistake.
