Anyone know if this mouse works with the Playbook? As well, can I connect a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and use both at the same time? Just wondering. I have used the Logitech 810 bluetooth keyboard with the playbook but now need a mouse. Thanks for any feedback.
Yes you can use both at the same time (I have done that with BB BT keyboard and Logitech BT mouse). I have a MS Scuplt mouse and it works well with my Win 8 tablet, but I can't remember if I've used it with the Playbook or not.
Doesn't require dongle? What number is it?
Using a bluetooth connection, I pair a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse (Model H3S-00003) to both of my Playbooks. I mostly use this mouse to control video players when I connect my Playbooks to TV sets via HDMI cables.
However, I occasionally use this mouse at the same time I use my Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 5000.
I haven't tried this arrangement much (mostly because I'm more productive with a laptop or a desktop) but I've noticed that the bluetooth connectivity of either the mouse or the keyboard will drop after a few minutes. So, I have to engage in resetting the bluetooth connectivity of one of these devices.
Again, I haven't spent much time testing this arrangement, so my experience may differ from that of others.
Checked Amazon and found it. Posting link for those who are interested. Other mouses of interest I believe include the Dell PU705 and a Logitech mouse. Cheap generic bluetooth mouses may work.

Anybody use the HP-x4000b? Also Anker has a bluetooth keyboard. Seem to be more choices in mice and keyboards. Anybody got experiences to share?

Do a search on mice on here and you'll find a list of what doesn't/does work. Surprising number that don't if I remember correctly.
