It's not innovation by Apple, the Market doesn't want to notice...these things go as far back as the Mac vs PC commercials, it's sad really.

When I travel, I love the HSBC advertisements out there.
    One goes like this:

There are five times more people learning English in China than there are people in England.

The world belongs to those who see potential.

This is what RIM has been doing, nobody is recognizing that..why? Because people aren't going gaga for Blackberry products and causing riots and mugging each other on the streets. It's steady growth, it's boring.

Notice RIM didnt go hog wild with the PB advertising? Interesting and strategic move on their part... Since they had the Enterprise and a loyal fan base, they relied on that to get the word out about PB.

Funny thing is PB is just getting better and better day by day.

    Amazing

You forgot the ; at the end of the last sentence. The code will not compile now... tedstriker++ the first programming language ever to use human sentences.

Why is partnering with Microsoft seen as a bad thing?

This isn't the mid 2000's Vista days when everything Microsoft put out was bloated junk and Windows Mobile was a far inferior mobile platform. They've come a long way with the launch of Windows 7. Notice how you don't see those Apple commercials slagging on Microsoft's OS anymore? Bing is also a very solid search application.
