So I am browsing these beautiful backgrounds on my new PlayBook, but how do I right click save?! Sorry for the newbie question.
I would tap on the image to get the full size if it isn't already loaded at full size on the page then press and hold on the image. You should get a popup with some options and one will be "save image"
Thanks guys, I could not open it because it failed to download the entire thing properly. I browse through using my PC via USB, it shows up as only the very top 1/5 portion saved. I manually download it from PC and put it on through USB, it shows up fine now, THANKS!
Any idea how to take screenshots in png? jpg is ugly...
Hate to say this but if you do some searches for some iPad wallpapers or sites that make wallpapers for the iPad you will find some awesome ones for the Playbook since they use the same wallpaper size. Here are just 2 that I have found and love.
The Color blocks one lines up with the keys on the keyboard in portrait mode so it looks really cool while unlocking the device. Enjoy these.
After hearing a lecture at Utah State University about the infrared pictures NASA has been taking with the telescope they built, I found where they are stored at UC Berkeley. Here is the site WISE - Multimedia Gallery: The Sky. Click on the different names. I chose one that is sensational but still looks professional during presentations and you can see the icons.
After you open an image, choose LARGE in DOWNLOAD OPTIONS on the left. Work perfectly in both portrait and landscape. Best in landscape, which is how I use my PB most. They also look good on 42" Plasma TV when tethered. Have fun figuring out which ones you want to save, because they will blow your mind.
