This am went into my video chat app and 3 of my contacts were gone.
My 9 year old daughter, my wife and a friend (none of them deleted me not that I think that would affect my list)

I just lost some.
Have to re connection I guess
As far as I know, video chat uses your address book to populate... Make sure their contact entries have either their PlayBook's PINs or BBID emails in there and they should show on Video Chat.
