I currently work for a research firm that is looking for volunteers to give their feedback on the BlackBerry PlayBook. This is a qualitative study which will have a direct impact on the outcome of the tablet market and any input/ideas which are of value. If you have 15 minutes to spare and have something to comment about BlackBerry, tablet devices and BBM in general, we are very interested in hearing from you.
How are you going to get enough material to be statistically relevant? There are half a million (ish) PB users worldwide, of which maybe 10% might see this site, and they're (in general), the more tech savvy end of the scale, which skews their expectations (read around to see what I mean). Add to that the fact that those volunteering are likely to be at the extreme ends of the satisfaction scale, and I wouldn't be putting much store by the results.

The emphasis of this study is for QUALITATIVE data, we are well aware of the sampling biases that are present with our method. But what we are looking for are user reviews and feedback as opposed to statistics. The purpose of this data is actionable insight and not trending statistics. It is actually more ideal for our interviews to have volunteers that have more extreme opinions as it helps determine how the PlayBook and tablet devices can be improved to satisfy all current and potential users. I would appreciate all feedback, opinions and ideas.

Who is the study for, and what is its purpose? How will it be used to help improve the PlayBook?
