During the keynote of BlackBerry Live Thorsten spoke of "rewarding loyal customers". I wonder what he meant?

what I don't understand is WHY DO U WANT BBM twice, I want 1 BBM 1 Email Account 1 everything. I Hate my Phone going off then playbook, ding,,,, ding, so annoying, All I want is a GOOD bridge app, its annoying having 4 email account going off twice and now bbm as well, Ill pass, I would just like to use the same BBM account for the same devices after all I am 1 person with 1 phone number and 1 whatsapp account

Maybe not... you can video call a bb10 device from a playbook already, so who knows what will be working when bbm goes cross platform.
I too want bridge back before bbm on the playbook, FWIW

I just use my android as bluetooth modem for the playbook. No need for a z10 here.
I want to support BB but only once the price is right.

Rewarding loyal customers, oh so.We get a Playbook with no BB10 but a full refund...

Awesome, anyone good at programming, we could all throw say 10% of our refund to.somewhere to bring PB alive with a proper OS

Instead of "rewarding loyal customers" (wonder what are the criteria for selecting "loyal customers"), why don't BlackBerry use whatever "resources" they are going to use for "rewarding loyal customers" to finish the PlayBook OS?... it is more humanity for those loyal customers who supported (and keep supporting) their PlayBook...

How about the PB update to 10.1 comes when BBM goes cross platform. Anyone think of that?

You do realize that not all Playbook owners have BB phones right?

BBM will require A4.0, and BlackBerry's Runtime only supports A2.3 until BB10.2 is released with A4.2, and by then we'll have Native bbm. LOL
