Browser cache, I think.

Thank you :) Busy with the file browser, when I find the browser cache I'll let you know, lol...
Incidentally, I think "pinning" books serves no purpose if you're not using one of the browsers, Safari or Chrome, that are able to add the app as an extension for offline use. On the PB, pinning just makes the book look funny in the "Library" screen.
I am struggling here. When I want to download a book the option is to "download and pin" book. Yes they then look funky in the library. I'm having no success finding the downloaded books and where the heck is the browser cache in the file system?
I would like to read these books offline with Book Reader if I ever manage to find them! Lol, I must be thick or something :)
Hi all, Im thinking id like to buy a PB however one of the main attractions would be to be able to read e-books.
my wife has a kindle and I like the way that works.
my decision to buy a PB would be based on IF I can red books the way I need to.
Id like to use it in work, unfortunately at the airport I don't have a wi-fi connection so need to be able to download the book then be able to access the book off-line when I wish.
is this possible using any app available?
also can the PB read Adobe pdf`s as one of the reference books I use is a pdf ?
thanks Lee.
The Kobo app that comes with the PB works offline for reading ebooks so unless you have a bunch of Kindle eBooks you have already purchased you want to read or re-read you sjould be just fine with Kobo. Obviously you have the option of using the Kindle Cloud Reader as discussed in this forum as well if you so desire.
Yes the Playbook will read Adobe pdf files.
