    Due to the poor way the Bluetooth keyboard is "secured" in the case I've dropped it several times. I am now missing a key.

    Anyone know the best way to contact RIM to see if I can get a replacement key?

    I suggest you write an email to the store where you bought it, ask them what they can do. It's a pity they didn't make a better fitting case. If you get it repaired I suggest the soft case that came with the PlayBook, to carry your keyboard.

    Whoa, thanks for the heads up! I usually fold the leather case backward when using the PB (too lazy to remove it).
    Now I know the risk..
