    The customer support is awesome!

The man on the other end gave me a free 180 days of complimentary support for my Playbook!

He even went so far as asking me what I love about my Playbook, and how it's going so far!

I'm really impressed with the quality of service that RIM offers, especially with Playbooks.

Everything turned out better than expected, I was only expecting to get the one month of complimentary service fixed up that i had left.

Here was my issue at first -http://forums.crackberry.com/blackberry-playbook-f222/tablet-doesnt-qualify-complimentary-support-694940/

Just curious, what was the issue that made you call?
    And did it get fixed?

Did you ask when the OS update was coming?

Cyanogen, you should post the same thing at the end of that thread, to close the issue (and provide some balance for the last post which labels tech support as "useless").

I was one of the first to obtain the PB last year. I found CS extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. As things turned out, my problems were new to CS and they were later resolved by OS updates.
