    I recently had to down grade from. 668 to. 358 because of heating issues prior to that I never had any issues with the charging base for the PB. The PB shows the charging symbol. While PB is on base but it's not charging. I've tried changing outlets and no change.
    The PB will charge with the usb cable,so I was thinking the issue is not the PB,but when when I put my 16g PB on the base it charges. So now I don't know.
    I guess what I'm asking has anyone else had this problem, and is the a way to correct it,I like using the base.
    Oh, and the PB that won't charge on the base is a 64g,if that matters any.
    Any help would be great.

    Have you tried shifting its position a bit. Check the botton where the contacts are located. Maybe try rubbing them with some alcohol on a q-tip. Look at the pins on the pod - are they all equal in height? Sometimes there is a low one that does not make good contact.

    If the 16 always charges and the 64 doesn't call rim

    The PB has a one year warranty to the original purchaser. It also has 90 free Tech support. I do noT KNOW HOW Rim deals with "quasi-tech support v. warranty"

    Still find it weird before the down grade.

    I have Blackberry Bold 9800 since 6 months. It is working very well still now I am facing problem with it's battery. I can not charge my mobile. If I charge my mobile for 3 to 5 hour and after 10 minutes it will display low battery message. What can I do..?
