So...what kind of plan do I need to tehter my playbook to my smartphone? If I have an unlimited traffic internet plan on my android smarrtphone. Will I be charged if I tether it to my playbook? Carrier is Orane (romania)

You may have to check with your carrier.
Mine specifically informed me that tethering would be charged separately (i.e. on top of my BIS/Data Plan).
I sure hope yours doesn't charge extra if you do use your mobile data plan for tethering.

It's easy to do if you have an Android phone... it should be a native option in Gingerbread 2.3 I think?). However alternatively, I really like an Android app called "Barnacle" Barnacle Wifi Tether for Android | AppBrain.com

You need root access to your phone, but that generally isn't a difficult process on most Android phones now.
