I went in to collect my 64gb PlayBook.
A few minutes after I had gone into the store, the RIM rep came in.
We had a GREAT conversation about the PlayBook and the new BlackBerry phones that were going to be released as well.
No, I took his comments with a grain of salt, but here's what he said
- BBM on PlayBook, the update will be released today for the Bridge.
- BBM on PlayBook standalone, soon.
- There's a Bold slider for Sprint?
That's all the ground breaking information I got out of him for the future of BlackBerry.
Oh, I went to my Best Buy 2 hours before we opened and waited for the UPS truck to get there to drop off the only 2 64GB PlayBooks in an entire district of 15 stores. I'm pretty sure that RIM is having supply difficulties.
