I have a strange IMAP problem with my playbook OS 2.0 native email app.
When I added my work IMAP email address, messages are loaded, but all marked unread even if they are read.
Reading on the playbook displays the mail as read at first (normal), but after a sync cycle they show up again as unread. Deleting and reintegrating the account, sync's emails as unread, again and again. Even after deleting the individual emails on the playbook, they will reappear undeleted and unread after the next sync. On my BB Bold and on other devices there is no issue, so the problem is in the playbook.
I have other imap accounts, however they are all Gmail accounts which have no issues.
I have the exact same problem and it sends me up the wall! At least l'm glad there's someone else out there with the same thing. I have a Bold 9900 and everything was fine until a few weeks ago. Now the PlayBook just keeps reloading the same messages even though I've read them.
