    Maybe. Sure, I would download it like others. But, I hardly use my PlayBook at all. So, eventually, I would upgrade.

    Ok I borrowed a windoze thingy, followed the instructions in the link, looks good.

    I ran the .exe and it all loaded up and wiped off the old OS,but I didn't do another security wipe (step 3) after the load and setup. Didn't see the point as everything looked fine. Is that process just for phones??

    Ok I answered my own question. A security wipe ends up with an OS with just 4 apps and only the browser on screen. Buggered it up. I have no backup to restore as the playbook had no data worth recovering. Will have to reload from the .exe

    Haven't found any apps that don't work on 1753
