My 3 year old computer whiz granddaughter decided to rearrange the icons on her playbook. Most of the icons went into folders, but quite a few disappeared completely. Some of which I could restore by reinstalling the app. However the browser icon and a couple others are gone as well and I need a tip how to restore that.
Did she empty the Top/ Main drawer?

Thanks for the reply. Yes the top drawer is empty, so I will try the suggestion in the link you provided and report back. This is a serious bug it seems.
Rim does not think anybody would empty the dock - foolish ASSumption on their part!
Alright I did as was suggested by the link GreyGhostRos provided. It worked, I got all my icons back! Now the challenge is how to teach a kid that just turned 3 not to do it again. :D
Whip and chains? Can you ask why she wanted to the dock empty? But you now know how to fix it.
Well she plays with it since 10 month and hasn't broken it yet. Only recently did she figure out how to move icons and make folders and that is how it happened. It is her own PB and she loves it. She learned how to read short words with it. I wished though there were more quality teaching apps for it, I would be prepared to pay for them.
That is remarkable. There's that Bunny app which was/is free. PB is downstairs.
