It froze while I had a web page open. I gave it a few minutes but nothing happened, so I did a hard reset. Now it won't turn on at all. I plugged in the charger and there was no response. I don't have my laptop on me to plug it and open the desktop software. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?

yes it happened last week. I pressed and held power+volume up+volume down all at the same time and it worked, my PB restarted. I was so scared it was dead when I couldn't power it up even when plugged in.

Yeah, it sucks. I had to hard reset my PB almost daily this week. Hope next OS update will solve my problems.

This happened to me once too. Can't remember what I did to fix it though, but it was probably the hard reset pressing all buttons at the same time. Hasn't happened since and everything works fine.

try just waiting for a while, maybe up to 24 hours. See my thread titled Risen from the dead. Same thing happened to me and it self corrected after 24 hours.

I've tried that several times. My last ditch effort was to connect it to my laptop/desktop software. I am beyond sad. I loved my PB.

    SHE'S ALIVE!!!!

I was on the phone with PB support. They had me plug it in and hold down power and both volume buttons. I was just asking how long I needed to hold them down when it powered back up! He probably thinks I'm a total ***** but I tried this exact same thing several times today! I guess maybe I just needed it to "sit" for a while. Thank you for your help!!

That's great! I had serious crashing problems earlier this week. Uninstalled Epix and that did the trick. Don't know why.

Tech support said I shouldn't let the battery get below 20%. Which sucks because my PB battery drains in standby mode. Its not the video chat app either, idk what it is.
