And add some Woolite (tm), and place in the clothes washer on GENTLE cycle. No shrinkage on the sweater, and the sweater will clean the screen for you...........
I love my playbook, but I rarely come on Crackberry forums anymore... seems that most people can't figure out how to integrate a piece of tech into their lives and maximize its strengths... no, it's endless Skype, Netflix, browser bookmarks and PIM complaints.
I love my PB, but it doesn't allow me to organize my Word, Excel, and powerpoint documents into folders.
I've been using the files ad folder app. Its quite good. Keeps many classes plus personal stuff organized and integrates with box, dropbox and sugar sync.
There are also free options, such as Air Browser and many others.
Enjoy!
Edit: If you are producing these document on your PC you can use the printout go app. It allows you to organize things into folders with a slick cascades-esque interface.
I only wish you could direct the print job to the folder you want.

Yeah, and once you've used a 3rd party app to sort out your docs and pics etc. into folders, can you access these folders via the native apps? Can you f**k.
Currently the only brand that makes a tablet that will fit into a pocket is Samsung...that 5.2" Note...lol. That sucker is a huge phone! Would be cool if RIM made one that size.
.....but I wish stupid ole RIMM would pay more attention to this beautiful device they have and stop dragging their dying feet. I wish I had gotten one sooner though, it completes my Bold 9900; she has been missing something but now her life is complete
What a crap excuse. So you need this to delete all those porn sites you visit and not the rest?
Which browser does that? Hope you Asus can do it for you.
This is so typical of the responses on this site (and especially this poster). I gave a whole list of legitimate complaints about the PB, he/she picks a minor one, and then tries to make the original poster (me) look bad.
No, I don't surf porn on my PB...I was researching a Birthday present for my 13 year old son and didn't want to leave a trail.
As far as which browser does that? Well lets see...the browser on my Palm Pre, the browser on my Android tablet, the browser on my Android phone, the browser on my Touchpad...is that enough for you to agree that it should be "built in" functionality?
Just for the record, I bought a Chinese Android tablet over a year ago for $160. It has the HDMI out (never had to send it back because it failed) AND the USB OTG with the capability to connect a USB keyboard, flashdrive, external hard drive, USB 3g/4g dongle, etc that the PB on it's 3rd iteration of the operating system (2.0.1) STILL doesn't have.
I'm not bashing the PB...I love the form factor, the screen, and the flow of the UI (mostly stolen from WebOS - although it's not implemented as well as it is with WebOS), but there are some legitimate issues with the PB that anybody but the biggest "Fanboys" would acknowledge.
I LOVE my family and friends. I USE my PlayBook. What would make it more usable? As I knew what it does when I got it, I want for nothing beyond what it does now. OK, I would like a better built in Music app.
I love my Playbook, but there should be hotspot capability on it so we can have access to the internet all the time instead of connecting to other routers for internet.
Hard to have hotspot capabilities when there is not Cell service built in the unit..... OS 7.1does have this capability however....

As far as I am concerned, this is still a crap excuse from you as it is untrue. Have you heard about the 'private browsing' setting in the browser. Does exactly what you want. Delete the history when you close the browser.
