How well does Google Drive integrate with the Playbook?
I'm concerned that Google is overly biased in favour of Android, but I haven't seen anything about Google Drive not being compatible with the PB. Is anyone here using it? Is it sufficiently fast over Bridge? Any difficulties due to the PB not being an Android device?

X-Plore File Explorer will link to Google Drive and other cloud services. Go here for a link- http://forums.crackberry.com/playboo...plorer-747732/

Files and Folders also links to Google, as well as Dropbox, Box. SugarSync, and SkyDrive.

So will Files & Folders, a native app available in App World.
And yeah, you can always use the browser.

I did do a search first, and nothing suitable came up. I'm sure the forum upgrade has improved some features, but search isn't one of them.

Google follows the money. I find it interesting that, in the past, it has released apps for other platforms before its own. Having said that, Google does have a vested interest in ensuring Android has good usability with all of its services.

File & Folders is just great .It works perfectly with google drive, drop box etc. It is amazing what some playbook developers to stick in their face and make our superb tablet more and more versatile. File & Folders has my 100% stamp of approval. This is truly great app. Get it!
Re: How well does Google Drive integrate with the Playbook?
I am using Ubuntu One (side-loaded) on PlayBook and synching with Ubuntu One on desktop (running Windows). My desktop has Google Drive and the file that is synched on Ubuntu One is the Google Drive folder. As soon as I launch Ubuntu One on PlayBook the most recent versions of all files in my Ubuntu One folder are downloaded to my PlayBook. Any files that I change on the PlayBook must be uploaded by me. I have to open my Ubuntu One account on PlayBook browser to upload the updated file.
Ubuntu One running on my netbook running Ubuntu synchs automatically just as Google Drive synchs automatically with the folder on Google server.
