Hi, does anyone know a way to use the Playbook as a usb boot device for my pc? The playbook shows up under boot devices when I select boot devices on startup, though nothing will boot off the playbook, as I cannot place autoexec.bats in the playbook main folder (opening playbook in windows explorer with the multiple sub folders). Did they include a folder to place things such as .bats to boot off of?

I highly doubt that you can.

Perhaps using Command Prompt and Diskpart you could manage it, but even if you could, it would involve deleting the PlayBook's OS with no guarantee of ever getting it back. Even that is unlikely though.

You can't do this because it is not a mass storage device. It's a networking device rather than storage.
