Hi guys I need ur help

I was visiting my family in Israel and did security wipe to my Playbook. When I reset the device I noticed that the video chat icon disappeared. I tried to restore a backup from another Playbook on this playbook . RESTORE did not work.
I tried the sideloading but I cannot see the video chat app in the list.

Is there a way to restore the video chat application while I AM IN THE MIDDLE EAST?
    Please advice

Search this forum. A link for the Video Chat bar file should be available.

Try a FaceFlow, this is a browser video chat, no need to install anything and surprisingly works on BlackBerry PlayBook's browser, and it's free. You and your chat partner just need to Sign up, that's it ! and you're good to go.
