    Most folks have had very fast and good service/turnaround from BB. And it is FREE. But, obviously, your call.

    I called BB Support again today to see if they would replace or repair my unit and was told that I would get a refurbished one according to the warranty that I agreed to. OK then, BB, I pay for a new one and ultimately get a used one a couple of weeks later. I don't call that good service. Today my Rakuten seller issued an RMA and said that I can exchange it for a brand new one or get a refund. More than likely I'll get another new one with the bulge defect so I think I'll just ask for a refund.
