    Hi,
I am having some problem with playbook audio.
When I use earphone to listen music or watch Youtube video, I only can hear sound coming out of only one earphone instead of both side. I can only hear from the right side.
Anyone knows why not both side? Is there any audio balance adjustment? First I thought my earphone and then when I bought the new one same thing.
Also, when I don't use earphone I don't hear any sound. Nothing comes out of speaker. So, I have to use earphone to listen anything.
Can someone help me on this?

Sounds ike your PB thinks that you've got earphones inserted all the time. This maybe caused by some dirt in the headphone jack. Try inserting and removing your phones a number of times to try and clear out any dirt. You never know, it might work.

Have you tried using the volume controls on the top of your Playbook, next to the "ON" button? When you put your earphones on, it mutes the speakers. So check the volume controls on the the Playbook. If that does not work, then go to Sounds & Notifications and re-set the Master Volume.

Plug in the headphone again and remove, try a few times. also, make sure that they are fully pushed in to see if that provides the second channel of sound.

To fix an issue, try these in order:

Restart using the Battery Icon and press Restart

Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds. Then leave it for 20-30 seconds and see if it restarts.

    To REBOOT:
Press and HOLD all three keys for about 10 - 20 seconds: PowerOn, VolUp and VolDown. Start with the PowerButton. Keep holding past the 3-choice options screen. If you hear a shutter type sound, you've taken a Screen Shot and probably missed the PowerButton.

I am started using playbook for developing games. It works fine with the single audio sound. But when it comes to handle multiple sounds at a same time, the games gets struck.
