If I wasn't very ill I could tell you, but in the meantime until I recover, get yourself a bottle of brandy and keep drinking it until there is only 10mm or. 5 inch left and then ring me. I should be better by then but if there is no answer then I have not recovered. Please keep drinking until I answer.

If its powered on when the battery gets really low the PB will emit semi a loud toning sound. Other than that I have no idea. Or try sending emails to it, it'll also make an email alert sound. But that's if its on wifi.

If you're bridged... you could browse to a loud website and "open on playbook"

I don't recall if the pin is on the box. But you can also video chat using your bbid email address. So if you trust, you could give that out to someone on Crackberry and they can try contacting. I'm not sure you have to add them first - I don't recall. If not, then, of course, there is the old fashioned method - tear apart the house looking for it!

are you using a synced calendar?
If you are, create an event on your calendar and have it alert you. This in turn will set off an alarm and hopefully you can find your Playbook.

If all those above suggestions failed, try to borrow a metal detector... then while trying to detect it using the metal detector, call something like this, "hey PB... BB10 is here! come to papa"... it may not (of course) come to you like your pet dog, but at least, those people will see you while using a metal detector, will not panic and thought that you are looking for some land mine...

It is likely under a pillow or between cushions on the sofa. The PIN is not on the box unless you wrote it there.

You can video chat with pin or your BlackBerry user ID. I would try that.
