    I have been unable to enable my Blackberry Tour's Bridge to operate. After wasting time with RIM tech support, I found info on RIM's website stating that IT controlled phones must be set to 'true' for the bridge app to be enabled.

    Our IT is outsourced, so I am unable to speak to our tech guy. Is there a way for me do this?
