i have paypal account and used it with my blackberry devices to purchase app. now i have new paypal account and the previous one is not working anymore,

is there a way that i can change paypal accounts on my blackberry ID? i tried their site but theres no option available to set or change a new paypal account

Go there, sign in and go to Payment Options.

You should see you paypal account, click Modify.
Click Pay With PayPal then sign in to your new Paypal account.
