In the browser, swipe down from the top of the screen, and choose Settings. You'll find the option for JavaScript under Content

While browsing the web, you mean? It's enabled by default. But if it was inadvertently disabled, you can switch it on again in the browser settings.

    1. Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap Settings
    2. Tap Content
    3. Make sure that Enable Javascript is set to on.
