So I download the HoneyComb launcher from this thread
I sideloaded it and wow...cool...
But within 1 hour, it already freezes 3x and opening other android-apps only return us to the frozen screen
Restarting the Playbook seems to be the only way to thaw the freezing screen.
Is there any better solution besides security wipe or dingle?
Do u guys also use Android UI Launcher? Does it freezes often?
It's not "technically" supported, if you're having issues with it.. delete it and be done with it. The package itself was never meant to run on the PlayBook, as it fails the checks for meeting approval. RIM built their own launcher for the Android portion, not really any benefit to using ones never intended for use with it really -- as you can see.
