Hi! I have a pixel problem in the rear camera of my PLAYBOOK! Can I get some help fixing it?

Hello! I have a quite strange problem with the camera of my Playbook!

Some white pixels appear always at the photo taken, and occasionally a white line.

I have checked that some users get software issues with their camera, but this seems to be a hardware one.

I have already cleaned lense with soft cloth.

What to do now?

sounds like the camera may be damaged. What about taking it in to be repaired?

Back up everything you want to keep, wipe and reload the Playbook OS, and see if it still there.
That will either point to software (hence the OS reload), or hardware (the pixels/lines are still there.)
