    Same here. I received this survey in an email last week and made sure I mentioned the PlayBook fiasco as a very significant factor in my future device purchases. I also made sure that they knew that any future recommendations I make about blackberry would also include the lies that blackberry told so that the z10 rollout wouldn't be affected.

    Also, whenever you visit the blackberry web site, a pop up appears and asks if you want to take a survey. I would advise everyone to visit and give a little feedback.

    You must be viewing it on a PlayBook, The update for buttons was supposed to be released with bb10.
