You could try emailing your support representative.

My experience was the link you provided would not work if they replaced your PlayBook, as your old serial number will not work to track it.

I just clicked on the link in your quote above and it opened with dialog box to enter the serial number, presumably to identify actions being taken or to be taken. Maybe a setting in your browser (I'm on IE9) is holding you up or it could be the site was down temporarily...

When mine went in, I, too, could not get the link to work. And each time I called, they "fixed" it so it worked at that very moment and not again the next time. Over and over. I finally just waited till it came back!
