Can someone help me i was currently playing on my pb and clicked off the game i was on went too click on fbook and my playbook has crashed it wont turn off and after 5mins go too stand bye but after that i swipe the screen and still frozen anyone help?

Have you tried clearing the cache and a HARD REBOOT (power button and +volume held down at the same time for approx 15seconds)

Cheers thats fixed it its happened few times since i bought it just froze then after a hour its let me turn it off and on again least i know how too restart now if it does it again thanx again mate
