    So i ordered a Playbook Friday (Feb,10th). I ordered directly from SBB. I did free shipping and i was just going to ask how long did it take from order date, till having it in your hands? I leave on the 26th for a week. Do you think i will have it by then? And if not can i expedite my shipping? It has yet to be shipped right now it says "Received"

    it all depends on ur location but it seems like u have plenty time n should get it before you leave.

    Ah alright. Im in FL and i heard the shipping factory is in MA. So it doesnt seem too far

    Its very likely it has not shipped as yet. You can call them and change the shipping option once the order has not been fulfilled.

    yes, well just call them to be sure, maybe they have sent by now already.
    but it all depends on location, and which type of sending you have ticked.
    you can call them and ask how long it take aprox, or maybe you can have it faster,
    by paying a little fee, but don't know if that is changeable after.
    but you've said it's shipping factory is nearby, well hopefully it would take aprox some days?
    and it says received, well wait a little more maybe there is delay going on.

    Ya, i had called yesterday but it wasn't much help :3 Maybe because it was the weekend so i will call today odds are. Just to see whats up, i just wanted to see how fast others got their's. Giving me a sense of hope i cant wait to get it Thanks everyone!! Got more help here then the Blackberry Forums itself.

    Ordered mine on Nov 26/11. Shipped out Dec 2/11 from MA to Ontario. Received Dec 11/11. I think it depends on the volume of the orders they receive. First they will process the orders with paid shipping and then the free shipping ones.
