    I have a huge problem..
    I bought a 32 GB wi-fi playbook..
    unfortunately it is blacklisted
    1323.....error on activation..
    please please please someone help
    And please again don't come with comments like "go to blackberry."
    I did call at support and they are amazing idiots
    I read here on CB that the pin can be unblocked which is why I just made my account to hopefully get help here..

    Whoah! "amazing" is a strong word...

    Anyway, the PlayBook that you purchased is most likely stolen... and only the person who reported it missing or stolen can lift the "curse" i.e. make it workable again by contacting again the BlackBerry supports...

    Well that sucks. Unfortunately you're not going to find any help around here activating a potentially stolen product - you will have to go back to the seller.

    You think we can unblock your PIN? As others mentioned, either call BlackBerry again, or return the device for refund. Those are your options.

    I purchased it from a local sort of ebay based on website.. it was 60$ and the guy told me it had icloud so I couldn't miss this chance..
    But I keep trying with BlackBerry support to get it unblocked..
    I found a website that sells new playbook motherboard of 64 GB.. so I'm gonna buy a new motherboard if I can't unblock this one..
    I'm so annoyed as I want to make a few apps for playbook
