Great Customer Service for Playbook
I have been having the inverse color and/or gray lines on screen issue. I called on Wednesday October 17th, got a box to return it on the 18th, sent it in and got a new unit today on the 23rd (and two of the days in between were Saturday/Sunday). The reps were very helpful and the service could not be quicker.

Glad to hear it. There have been many reports of RIM being very responsive in taking care of pb problems, some even after the one year warranty timeframe. Happy they also took good care of you. :)

I've been on the phone a couple of times with Rim, they always been there to help,didn't matter how long it took and they stayed on the line till issue was resolved.

This has been one of the high points for RIM. They have for the most part had very good customer service.
Now watch everyone who ever had a problem dump on me for posting this.

That's the problem......very few people with positive RMA experiences post anything on here....but everyone with negative experiences will let us know.
It is like that for any business. Negative feedback spreads like wild fire.

I was on the phone with customer service on Friday around 7pm, and the box came on Tuesday morning (although I missed it because I was at school!). So that was quick, and they were very helpful on the phone.
