If I use GPS Test I can get a GPS signal fairly quickly. I can then open Google Maps and select Navigation and it will find my location and let me enter an address. It starts to route me to my destination, but about 2 minutes later, it says GPS connection lost. If I go back to GPS Test I see the signal is off. Any ideas why I lose connection like this every single time? Is it defective equipment or something specific with the app perhaps?

I had the same issue the Google app even though GPS works fine with native apps.

I find bad weather will cause the GPS to perform badly. Its not the greatest GPS as it is.

Also it works best when out in the open, not to well indoors.
