It's just a concept, so bear with me.

the grean spots are the slider points, so you slide in the ark to unlock, and you slide in the shape to play/pause/skip forward/skip back

I'm pretty sure that for security purposes it's not recommended to have information such as emails in the lock screen.


And I really think that's the song RIM should put in their PB commercial.

Why don't you use the gesture of throwing the lock off the screen (the close app gesture) to unlock? I'm just thinking from the UI standards side of things... or pull down menu for the unlock/music app options.

Ideally it has to be something that can't be accidental...
I can imagine accidentally flicking up on the lock when grabbing the Playbook or something.
