    I just tried this.

goto to Settings / Accounts / Gmail and turn off Sync Calendar and Save; then turn Sync Calendar back on. This method has worked for me.

I didn't have 'Sync Calendar' options on my Google account but when I deleted the account and readded it, it appeared as an option.

Worked as expected here. I use BES as a primary(Bridge), and Gmail as a secondary, as well as a third IMAP setup. All 3 work perfectly.

I have found lately that the google calendar sync is pretty iffy even among android devices. A very inconvenient fact.

Got it working now... Had it setup on the PB but wasn't getting any calendar events. Deleted the acct. settings on the PB, restarted the PB and set it up again and everything seems to be working now.
