    I suppose, under eBay rules, the buyer could return it if 1) BB10 never materializes for PB or 2) BBRY charges for it. Listing would be inaccurate. So, yes, the seller is putting himself "out on a limb"...

    Well he did not say when. With BlackBerry timing soon could be a year or two. By then the seller could be close shop. That's the advantage of selling BB products.
