Huh? All I'm doing is to encourage users go to app world and have a browse and perhaps pick up a few apps. How is it turning into remark as aiming at you being low? Seriously? It's my point of view not intending to swipe at anyone. This is like the second time that you seems to twist my intention into some sort of a vendetta against someone. SMH! You have your way of keeping the playbook alive and I applaud you. I have my way too.
WOW, just WOW... (I'll leave it at that as you're clearly unable to look at why I wrote what I wrote, perhaps mistakenly, and start fulminating about a "vendetta")
My PB has become a little slow. How can I freshen it up?!

Some folks do a Security Wipe which cleans the entire pb. While the "harddisk" does not spin, files can still get fragmented and maybe the pb's OS does not do a good job of housekeeping and cleaning up (who knows?). Also it cleans out other memory areas and may get rid of a bad app load. It refreshes settings. Some folks do it routinely. Others less frequently. It can be tedious backing up and then restoring gigs of data.
As posted in several threads i just bought two more 64GB @ $154 each. I own a business and use my playbook every day. No problem booting charging and Updating either unit. My shop foreman is very greatfull as i am sure my installer will be. I saw and ad today for an HP Elite tablet, i thought they were getting out of the market.
No one knows what will be. There will be amazing tech developement, count on it. If Blackberry regroups and continues i will support them. Im keeping my 9780 a little while longer but i am ready for an upgrade. Im going to get a couple journal cases. Even thinking of getting another Playbook. Will use them untill i can no longer use them. If Blackberry wont, there are a million or so that have an interest. We will see. Let's play nice kids.
The PlayBook is over 2 years old. If RIM had plans to support its foray into the tablet market, they probably wouldn't be supporting this device, they would be coming out with a new model like everybody else. As for me, it still does everything I want a tablet to do, and I prefer the interface to Apple or Android. I'll eventually replace it with something when the time comes, but it's still the best 2 year-old tablet out there IMO.
I couldn't agree with you more! Not all of their decisions have made sense, but I do believe they were made with the best intent. With that said, granted many decisions have been made with the best intent that have turned out horribly. With all said and done, I think they have done a fair job and just hope that despite what current perceptions lead consumers to believe, that whoever is at the BB helm is considering the users and making decisions in the best interest of them and the life of the products and company.

Where on this PB forum have you picked up the notion that BB gives a d*mn about the users. The PB is a great device that needs updates. It's ancient compared to most tablets on the market yet it works better than most. I'd be thrilled if they introduced an updated tablet. Based on my experience using the PB I'd consider buying it, but based on the corporate support for this tablet I'm hard pressed to consider even another phone from this company. It's great that you're such a fan, but it's tough to see why.
Lol, these types of threads make me laugh. i wonder if anyone agonized over deciding to buy a ticket for Titanic's next voyage after hearing it sank? Maybe they thought they could get a bargain?
Please, let's discuss the pros and cons of buying a perfectly good copy of last years calandar.

Some people still use their playbooks.... stop being an ***.
