Of course, a lot of BlackBerrys are made in Mexico, utilizing Korean and Chinese tech ....

And that option will help me to stay employed how exactly? I don't think you have any point because your statement makes absolutely no sense. Enjoy your Canadian made phone choice.

While I understand the playbook is still a useful little there is clearly no new big name development for it.

While bridge is still useful its not as useful as carrying one device that does it all as opposed to carrying two devices where one is pretty well useless without the other

I'm an advocate for carrying less rather than more

I went into Staples last week and they had just about every tablet for sale - Except Blackberry Playbook. I asked the sales guy if they had any Playbook accessories and he gave me a strange look and said "They don't make the Playbook anymore, so no, we don't have any." When I said "I'm not looking to buy a Playbook but I thought you might have some accesssories left for sale", he gave me an even stranger look like I was asking for 78 rpm records and said "Sorry, no Playbooks OR accessories".
This was 10 months after buying my Playbook at the same store and purchasing the extended warranty.
Man, what a difference 10 months makes!

companies generally like the products where there is money to be made. That simply was not the case with the playbook

I'll tell you 1 thing that the PlayBook rocks at. Watching agents of shield over HDMI through a $10 cord to my 43 inch Plasma TV.

I was using my Netbook over HDMI and it was stuttering like crazy. Went to use my Galaxy tab 3 7.0 from Sprint and realized that it doesn't do HDMI out even with the adapter. I've misplaced the special 30 pin to HDMI adapter for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 so a no go there. PlayBook is working right now just perfectly. Using the Tablet TV app, I could go to the site directly too but this app has gotten better and easier with every iteration.

    +1 to the Dev.
