When I tap on the email notification icons that appear in the top toolbar, I immediately open that email in full-screen mode.
How can I display the full screen mode when browsing email?

I found that by hitting reply or forward, then hitting the back button it will show full screen too

I, too, noticed this crazy aspect. First open from Notification, full screen, after that, partial. And what's worse is that there is no pinch/zoom. Some of the fonts in emails I receive are quite small. Thanks for the ideas - although, reply/forward still do not have pinch/zoom.

I wondered about this as well. And @porsche944's workaround doesn't work for me.

We definitely need the ability to read full screen. And pinch/zoom would be great.
