I did and there is nothing in there about the issue. I went thru 3 playbooks today and all would not display the user agreement. They Staples manager was on the fone with Rim for an hour and they couldnt get them to work. Also after i returned the 3rd one found out that all the Staples are having the same issue (Raleigh, NC area). so now I think its a Rim authentication server issue. Only because some who had their playbook early couldnt use them until the 19th...when Rim turned on the servers. ALSO i noticed the auto time update kept over riding the time i put in and kept updating to december 2012.
