Hi, since yesterday im also the proud owner of playbook!
One question in regard to the file sharing though:

Ive got my PC connected directly to the modem.
Also directly connected to the modem is my wireless router.

Is it possible to share files between my PC and playbook with this setup? I cant connect my PC to the wireless on account of not having a wireless card in it.

Normally that should not be a problem as long as both the computer and the PlayBook are on the same logical network, and the router doesn't block traffic.

Check the IP addresses of your computer and PlayBook. They should look like aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd. If they are on the same network, then only the last number (ddd) will be different.
