Feel for PB second hand price

Hi All

I have a friend who wants to sell her 16GB playbook. She had bought it when it was first launched. I see you can pick up a new one for $199. I am considering buying it. She suggested $150. Do you think this is a good price to pay for it?

In all honesty, that's an awesome price, but it really depends on what you want it for, because this device cannot be compared to the ipads or big time android tablets. This device is more of a tool with a superb browser. But be aware that bugs are present. You should read around in the forums to see if the device is right for you.

Great price.

Aside from the app void the playbook is a fantastic device. It's a pleasure to use.

Um, you know that a 32 is $249 NIB at ShopBlackberry.com, right? So, the even better deal you have is the case and screen cover? If it's Ghost Armor, then OMG, that stuff rocks! (Thanks CrackBerry for turning me on to that amazing product!) To the OP, yes, $150 is a good price. Good luck!

Instead of beating that, you almost doubled the price.

Since you can buy the 16GB PlayBook new for $199. One that's a year old for $50 less is an OK deal I wouldn't say great. I honestly would rather pay the $50 extra to get it new with the warranty. It's really just your opinion. You know better than us what kinda condition its in. Something else to think about is you can usually get refurbished one for under $199 at best buy. It's definitely worth it & no matter which route you decide, their all good deals in my book

I think $150 for a used 16gb PB is a very good price if there is nothing wrong with it of course.

I sold my 16g PB to a buddy for 180 a couple of months back, and he was happy as h.e.l.l. When you factor in the sales tax, and such...150 is a great price.

We are always looking for the best deals, the cheapest price, save a buck here, save a buck there, that sometimes we forget about value.

I'd be all over it like a fat kid on a smartie. :)

150 is reasonable for both parties.

yeah $150 is good, if the person is trying to ask you to sell it to them for $100....skip the offer!!!
