I bought two playbooks in excellent condition. It's a nice device for reading pdf:s and viewing pictures. On one of them I was planning to have my email accounts. My live account was no trouble and my other account (tele2 Sweden) seemed at first to work equally good. Servers and ports were correctly identified, but trying for proceed rendered the message in the picture. Do someone know what it means?

I did try changing security and ports but no difference. Error message when adding account to my PlayBook.-img_20200529_063122.jpeg

It's likely your email provider uses too high of an encryption that the playbook doesn't support. I had the same issue with my email on my playbook. I had to drop the encryption a bit in order to add my account

Thanks for your input, but I did try both TSL and also no encryption at all, but with no change.
