    Dear Friends,

    I have registered my playbook with one mail id and it was good.... Afterwards i have wiped the play book then i have entered one more mail id for re registration...... when it i tried for update of software i am getting error 132353 after some time it is become error code 3000..... please help me to solve this issue......

    How are you trying for software update. When you say you entered one more mail id was it a different mail id than before?

    I'm having the same issue. I just tried to wipe my playbook clean so that I could sell it on as I haven't used it in the last year and now I'm alternatively stuck with error 3000 or 132353. I bought it 15mos ago from a reputable UK high street store so it shouldn't be one of the ones everyone says is stolen.

    Help!
