    Suddenly I can't access my email either via WiFi or Bridge. When I try to open the app it almost immediately crashes and the following alert pops up:

    Email Won't Open, "Application Interrupted"-img_20140529_144219.jpg

    Any help is gratefully accepted!

    Reboot, as suggested, or try a hard reset (hold down volume up and power buttons down until she reboots), and if they don't work, security wipe. A less radical solution would be to use android Email, as I suggested in this thread. http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...il-app-934691/

    I've tried rebooting and a hard reset but it didn't work. Will try the Google idea later and will report back.

    I would make a backup with BlackBerry Link or Desktop Software and Secure wipe it, then restore. It would be too bad to circumvent the problem without fixing it.

    Just be aware it can take a while if you have several apps installed and a 64 GB, like hours-long. Backup *and* restore. Better start this before you go to bed or during the day at work if that's the case.

    I'd also try to remake the account(s) before I invested the time in a security wipe. I get that crash box when an email takes too long to delete and/or another one is being received at the same time

    Since the last update I get it regular. But also browser problems. It is just not getting better with my PB. I loved it and defended all the time bit now it drives me grazy
