DVD disk to Playbook

I used Cucusoft DVD converter converted DVD from disk to blackberry MP4 format, and then copied and pasted to VIdeo folder. but when I opened it and then got mesage "media error this file type isn't supported"

How to fix it?

I see you say BlackBerry format, not BlackBerry PlayBook format. Also, are the video files on your PC and PlayBook the same size?
